What can I do to heal really severe and bad acne?
on my back, chest, and face.
I’ve seen a determatologist, and I’ve tried differin gel, all kinds of antibiotics, and proactiv, nothing really works.
it seems like the acne gets better throughout the years, but like 2 or 3 times a year i get a severe acne breakout?
one of my friends said drink more water…i am a vegetarian…so…
i don’t know what else…
no sex, no drinking, no drug usage, no kids…
what else can i do?

My son and I have used Proactiv for 10 years with wonderful results. I just had acne on my face, he had it on his face and back. Did you follow the instructions, twice a day?. I now use it once a day, in the morning after I shower. I get comments all the time about my complexion and my sons skin is clear on his face and back. If used properly I can’t understand why it did not work. The Dermatologist prescribed all kinds if antibiotics and gels that helped for a short time only, dried my skin to the point of it peeling I feel bad for you cause I know acne is embarrassing and frustrating. If you go to another Dermatologist take a list of medications you have tried. Maybe there is something new that will help.

I think using Clearpores and other surface treatment work temporarily. I used to have a lot of acne just like you (all over my body, not just my face) but I find that rubbing all those lotions and cleansers is too much trouble.
Anyway, I came across a study that shows that people from other cultures that eat a good diet almost NEVER have acne…even when they are going through puberty. But as soon as they changed their diets, acne started to flare up like crazy.
