i have kinda severe acne i really want to clear it up because i am going to a new school in a couple of months and i dont want to have acne anymore what should i do ?

I have severe acne on my face and I really just feel like offing myself. I despise going out into public and now my dad wants me to get a job and start paying rent.

I’m really shy & self conscience about my face, I don’t know how to deal with it.

I have no money for a dermatologist or to see any kind of doctor. I lost insurance on my 19th birthday.

No joke- I use this and it works. Rub Vicks Vaporub on your acne. Not a LOT, but a thin layer. Rub it on the acne all over your body if you want. It’s an anti-fugal and clears up all the junk. After a week or so, you’ll see a big difference. I see a difference after a couple days sometimes.

Your acne is caused from the hormones in your blood. I had severe acne too, and I was on Accutane for six months and it finally cured it. Be patient. i went to walmart today and not really looking at the label bought the Acnefree product after i got home i took it out and realized it was only for severe acne, i do not have severe acne i barely have acne i just have an accasional pimple here and there and blackhead which is what i really want to target im scared something will happen and i just spent 25 bucks on this. will it do something to my skin?

I doubt it since it was over-the-counter stuff (it might dry out your skin), but if you’re that concerned, take it back.

i used to have really bad acne too and i used everything!!! clearasil, biore, neutrogena, proactive and then i went to the dermatologist and i was prescribed an "infection fighting" anti-biotic AND retin-a gel.. and for months it did absolutely nothing and my dermatologist told me i takes more than a few months..

So one day, I went to get a facial at a spa and i complained about my acne and the esthetician told me when you want to fight your acne, DO NOT use anything that is for acne skin because it’s too harsh.. so she recommended that I use "Dr. Spiller Aloe Sensitive Cleanser and Sensitive Toner with Aloe" basically anything in Dr Spillers Aloe line. They also have a variety of mosturizers, so you might want to check it out.

Tough part is, Dr. Spiller doesn’t allow his products to be sold via the internet. But you can use the internet and find out who sells the product and order from them.. but you can’t find it on ebay or anything.. it’s a little pricey, about $30 for cleanser and $30 for toner.

But within a week, I noticed my acne starting to clear up.. after 6 months i can honestly say this was the best investment ever.
